Two Important Details Before You Submit:

  • West Creek Gazebos, Lager Loungers, & Fire Pits: Looking specifically to book a private outdoor gazebo, lager lounger, or fire pit at West Creek? Skip this form and book directly on our website. If you have any questions about these spaces, please reach out to our taproom team at westcreek@hardywood.com.
  • Our Timing Policy: To keep our taproom crew happy and well-scheduled, our staff calendars are set in stone two weeks in advance.
    • Whenever possible, please submit your inquiry at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
    • We cannot guarantee accommodations for short-notice requests submitted within 7 days of the event.

Planning an Off-Hours Event?

We love a good party! We are more than happy to host your private event outside of our standard taproom hours. Please note that elevated venue rental rates will apply for off-hour bookings to cover early staffing and private facility access.
